We have had a serious problem with our database:
Whilst crosstabulting some variables, the computer froze. After re-loading, some data got lost.
Our 24 questions questionnaires with 60 replies became a 19 questions questionnaires with 90 replies!
After re-starting, we got 10 questions with 141 responses!!!!!!
The data is simply messed up.
WHAT HAPPENED!???? What can we do to resolve this?
The following message appeared: "incorrect characters have been inserted in the response file" and we also got a notification of 53 rectifications we never made!
Data gone crazy

Hi,
Your study is damaged.
I think that questions were lost then your answers were damaged
You have to retrieve a backup of your data.
To find the reason of this problem, it would be necessary to make tests but it is a long and laborious work.
I advise you to make regularly saves by safety.
